Meditation is a form of mental training where you focus your attention and are consciously present in the moment. It helps calm your thoughts and create more space in your mind. No experience is required – meditation is accessible and easy for everyone to start.
Meditation is not:

  1. Find a quiet place.
  2. Sit or lie down comfortably.
  3. Close your eyes and breathe in and out deeply.
  4. Focus on your breathing.
  5. A thought pops up? Notice it, then gently let it go.
